RETURN POLICY
For most products iDoGifts lists, our returns policy provides you 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return or refund on any defective item or item shipped in error. Returns cannot be accepted under any other circumstances.
Refunds are based on items and/or the retailer’s iDoGifts partner with and their individual return policies. Due to the range of Return policies we can only offer a return 14 days from the time you receive the item if the item is defective or shipped in error.
HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN
Send an email to support@idogifts with the subject "Product Return". In the email please let us know what product is defective and/pr the shipping error that occurred. Make sure to include your name, contact number, and address. A customer service representative will contact you within 24 hours to being processing your request. Once processed, you will be asked to send us back the item to be returned. Once received, you will receive a full refund for the returned item(s) within 3-7 business days.

WHEN WIILL I GET MY REFUND?
Please allow 5-7 business days for us to receive the return along with an additional 3-5 business days to process your request and for the funds to return back into your account.
